IT is already a legendary name on the Ibiza scene for its good food, its Balearic rhythms and its concept of social dining, is now arriving in Tulum.
This is just one of many restaurants in the growing collection, with others in London, Milan, and Ibiza. IT was born as an Ibizan haute cuisine restaurant and each of the premises is under the supervision of the consultant chef Nino di Costanzo -of the Dani ‘Maison restaurant in Ischia, Italy, with two Michelin stars-, but pays tribute to the White Island with live music and DJ sessions every night.
The founder of IT, Alessio Matrone, describes the concept as “a unique environment in which good Mediterranean cuisine is combined with the Balearic rhythm of Ibiza”. With a bright interior and a vibrant, contemporary atmosphere, along with a gourmet menu, with unusual twists on the classics, while showcasing the authentic flavors of southern Italy.
